  • Dry Goods (ornaments, test kits, food, equipment, décor, aquariums, air pumps): Eligible for refunds if returned unused, in original packaging, and within 14 days of receipt, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Live Fish & Plants: Refunds are only offered if items arrive dead or damaged. Photographic evidence must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Pet Food & Fish Food: Refunds are only available for unopened items returned within 14 days of receipt.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened products (except where faulty).

  • Live fish and plants beyond the 24-hour arrival guarantee.

  • Special order or custom items sourced specifically for a customer.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Customers must contact us via the details provided on our website to request a refund.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns to ensure safe arrival.
