During extrusion, minerals, magnesium, calcium, salt and enzymes are incorporated directly into the media to accelerate filter maturation and reduce startup times. The Nexus 320+ suits ponds up to 34,000 litres (7,500 gallons) and combines biological and mechanical filtration in a single multi-chamber design.
Water enters the inner chamber where a vortex action settles larger solids, passes through mechanical filtration, then into the outer chamber for biological treatment via the K+ Media moving bed before returning to your pond. Pre-installed fixings make upgrading to the Nexus Automatic System straightforward, allowing hands-free cleaning even when you're away.
